- 20 reset tools: A new one each day, from breathing and physical resets to affirmations, mindset shifts, and uplifting quotes. Designed to pause the noise, calm your nervous system, spark motivation, and remind you to believe in yourself.
 - Daily check-ins: Stay accountable and track your progress in real time.
 - Guided journaling prompts: Thoughtful cues to help you release emotions and form the habit of getting words onto the page.
 - Notes page: Space to capture anything else that matters to you. Weekends are left free for rest, reflection, and letting the practice sink in.
